UPDATE: Kim Kardashian has given birth to a healthy baby girl on June 15 at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, according to a TMZ report. With boyfriend Kanye West by her side through the whole thing, Kim's delivery of the couple's first child is a few weeks ahead of schedule (we were so close!).
The Kardashian insider who spoke with TMZ indicated that the baby was delivered via natural birth, running counter to rumors that Kim planned to have a C-section. "She started having contractions Friday night and went into full labor early Saturday AM," the report concludes.

However, the word on the street is that baby daddy Kanye West skipped out on his own CD listening party last night to rush to Kim's side. And considering Yeezy's commitment to his baby Yeezus, we're thinking there's only one thing that could have pulled him away from that party —his actual baby.
